Registration

The members of the Bordeaux Neuroscience community are invited to take part in the Inaugural Conference. Registration is mandatory.

The total number of participants is limited to 350 and all are expected to attend for the whole duration of the meeting. The conference fees cover access to all lectures and catering, and will be paid by your affiliated unit selected to register (Register tab/Status BN member: IINS, IMN, ...).

Please note that accompanying persons, non-members of the local neuroscientist community, could take part only in the cocktail reception on 27 September by registering as the dedicated rate (see table below).

Notice that you will receive a confirmation email after your registration to give to your financial manager.

Payment by Purchase order (bon de commande): ordered to 'Conférence inaugurale' to send to "Département Sciences de la Vie et de la Santé (DEP00040) - Université de Bordeaux - Service facturier - 146 rue Léo Saignat - Bât. ED - CS 61292 - 33076 Bordeaux Cedex. The 'confirmation receipt' generated automatically will be kept by the afiliated unit.

Non-member of the community taking part in the cocktail on September 27 will pay by:
