Abstract submission

Abstracts can only be submitted after reception of confirmation email for registration.

You can submit an abstract for a poster presentation or a short talk.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific commitee in the first two weeks of July. Selected talks and posters will be announced by July 15th.

Maximum length of abstract: is 2 500 block letters, including references.

It should not contain any figures.

Do not forget to mention authors and affilitations.

Only doc and docx files are accepted.

Poster size: 1m large x 1.60m high max.

Number of posters will be limited to 28.

Number of talks will be limited to 9.

Slot: 10min + 5min of Q&A

Please specify the session(s) that corresponds to your talk.

The deadline to submit your abstract is fixed on July 1st, 2025 at 4 pm (Paris time).
