Agora space of the Haut-Carré

> The conference will take place from 2 to 4 October 2019 in l’Agora du Haut-Carré (Espace AGORA, Domaine du Haut Carré, Campus de l'Université de Bordeaux, 43 rue Pierre Noailles, TALENCE).

> Agora du Haut-Carré is an unusual setting, being housed in a former convent built in the 1950’s. It is located in the southwest of the city on the Bordeaux University campus, it has a direct access to Bordeaux city center by the tramway in less than 25 minutes.

Tramway : Line B - Direct access from the city center (Place des Quinconces). Direction "Pessac Centre" or "Pessac Alouette", Station " Forum".

Coming to Bordeaux

  • Road : Highways A10 (Bordeaux-Paris), A62 (Bordeaux-Toulouse), A63 (Bordeaux-Bayonne), A89 (Bordeaux-Clermont-Lyon).

  • Train : 20 daily trips from Paris to Bordeaux. Daily trips by TGV from Lille and Strasbourg also available.

Hotel accommodation

> Hotel booking is left at the participant's initiative: find your room and book it online using the Internet site of the Office de Tourisme de Bordeaux. You have a choice of hotels with 1, 2 or 3 stars in the range of price from 50 to 130 €.

> We may recommend the following list of hotels located in the historic center of Bordeaux city (districts of "Grands hommes", "Quinconces", "Hôtel de ville" and "Mériadeck"). They are close to the tramway stops of line B - direction Pessac, the right way to reach the Conference location (Station Forum):
