Abstract submission

Abstract submissions will open on April 15th

Deadline for submission: July 1st, 5pm.

the sletion will be announced byb the end of July 2025.

Abstracts that are not selected for a talk will be kept for a poster.

About posters:

Poster size: 1m large x 1.60m high max. Vertical format.

About short talks:

Slot: 10min + 5min of Q&A
