Fees
The conference fees cover : the expenses for participation, access to all lectures and catering.
Fees for students (Master students, PhD students) are tax-free.
For other fees, VAT is 10%.
Notice that you will receive an automatic confirmation email, with all details, after your registration.
Please note ! A contribution is requested for the gala dinner (48 euros including 10% taxes // tax-free for students)

Cancellation
Any cancellation of registration must be notified by e-mail to gestion.neurocampus@u-bordeaux.fr, at least 10 days before the start date of the scientific event. This cancellation will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Registration fees for cancellations made less than 10 days before the start date of the scientific event will not be refunded. In case of non-payment of the amounts due at the time of cancellation, these fees remain due. The University will take steps to make any refunds after the event has taken place
In the event of no-shows and no notification, no refund will be made. No request for reimbursement will be accepted after the congress, except in cases of force majeure (hospitalisation, serious accident, death of the delegate, his/her spouse or partner, ascendants or descendants, brothers and sisters, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, fire, explosion, theft, water damage or natural event causing significant damage to the delegate's home occurring before his/her departure and requiring his/her presence at the scene of the disaster or at his/her secondary residence or business belonging to him/her and managed by the delegate, etc.
