The conference fees cover : the expenses for participation, access to all lectures and catering.

For other categories, fees are given in euros and all tax included (VAT is 10%)..

Notice that you will receive an automatic confirmation email after your registration.

Please note ! A contribution of 55 euros (all tax included - VAT is 10%) is requested for the gala dinner.

* All staff attached to a unit located on the campus of the University of Bordeaux, and to a speaker's lab, can benefit from this rate.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of registration must be notified by e-mail to gestion.neurocampus@u-bordeaux.fr, at least 10 days before the start date of the scientific event. This cancellation will lead to a 10% cancellation fee. Registration fees for cancellations made less than 10 days before the start date of the scientific event will not be refunded. In case of non-payment of the amounts due at the time of cancellation, these fees remain due. The University will take steps to make any refunds after the event has taken place

In the event of no-show and without warning in advance, no refund will be made. No request for reimbursement will be accepted after the congress, except in cases of force majeure (hospitalisation, serious accident, death of the delegate, his/her spouse or partner, ascendants or descendants, brothers and sisters, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, fire, explosion, theft, water damage or natural event causing significant damage to the delegate's home occurring before his/her departure and requiring his/her presence at the scene of the disaster or at his/her secondary residence or business belonging to him/her and managed by the delegate, etc.
