Registration fees – early birds

Registration from April 15th, 2025

Early bird until July 15th, 2025 (+50 € from July 16th)

  • Student (Master, PhD student) from the University of Bordeaux or from a speakers’s lab (Special fee *) : 120€ tax-free
  • Student (Master, PhD student) from another lab : 170€ tax-free
  • PostDoc from the University of Bordeaux or from a speakers’s lab (Special fee*) : 130€ all tax included
  • PostDoc from another lab : 190€ all tax included
  • Senior Scientist, engineer and academic from the University of Bordeaux or from a speakers’s lab (Special fee*) : 190€ all tax included
  • Senior Scientist, engineer and academic from another lab : 300€ all tax included
  • ** Industrial : 370€ all tax included

* Special fee for members of the university of Bordeaux or in some invited speaker’s lab
